At REPSSA, we believe that being the industry association and watchdog, our members and public have the right to quality service and recognition.

We will always strive our best to ensure that our members standards are uplifted and that the public is receiving the standard of training they deserve.

Should any of our members or public feel that they have reason to complain, please complete & submit the form below.

Rest assured, we at REPSSA take complaints very seriously. We will ensure we utilise all our resources and board to investigate each complaint and follow through with the correct action and sanctions.

Should any member feel unhappy with their sanction, they are more than entitled to follow the appeals process.
